Finance & Administration Manager
About the Role
APEX global ventures ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Administration Manager to oversee all financial controls, project cost management, and regulatory compliance. This role is critical for ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all projects.
- Implement and monitor financial controls and cost management procedures.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with Rwandan tax regulations and audit requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations.
- Manage human resources administration, payroll, and benefits.
- Coordinate with government agencies on licensing and regulatory matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of Rwandan tax law, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- CPA certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
