Site Supervisor

About the Role

We need a diligent Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our infrastructure sites. You will ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Maintain daily logs and report progress to project managers.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment maintenance.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts as they arise.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in on-site construction supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in remote locations as required.
