About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex infrastructure projects in Kigali and across Rwanda. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in road design, drainage systems, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from design to completion.
- Develop detailed engineering plans and specifications for road and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction meets design standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with government agencies (RTDA, MININFRA) and private stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in road infrastructure.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
