Project Manager - Construction

About the Role

APEX is looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of commercial and residential construction projects. You will be responsible for budget management, scheduling, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
